We are coming into sick season so to keep your immune system and body up to par make this super easy concoction:
8oz cup water (or as much as you can drink)
2 tablespoons braggs apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 squeezed lemon
shake it all together in a glass and drink as much as you want! Its super simple and suprisingly yummy! I make sure to always drink one before traveling and during my travels, it keeps me healthy and its a super easy way to prevent getting sick.
If you do get sick, fluff up a lavender scented neck pillow, turn on your favorite relaxing tunes (bon iver, james blake and active child are my favorite for relaxing) and SLEEP!!!
